By browsing or purchasing from SHOP EASY, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ordering & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
• Placing an order temporarily reserves the inventory items while you complete your manual UPI payment.
• An order is officially confirmed (marked PAID) only after an authorized store manager verifies the receipt of funds in the merchant bank account.

2. Payment Verification

Our store uses manual UPI verification. After making a payment via your preferred UPI app using the QR code or UPI ID provided, you must upload proof of payment (screenshot and/or transaction reference). Submitting fraudulent or duplicate payment screenshots will result in immediate order cancellation and blacklisting.

3. Inventory & Order Acceptance

Orders that remain unpaid without payment evidence may be automatically cancelled after 60 minutes to return reserved stock to other buyers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors or unavailable stock, in which case full refunds are issued.
