- How do I place an order?
Its easy to shop at shopeasyy. You can either register your self at Shopeasyy.com first by creating an account and then browsing for the products and shopping the same or simply select the product , enter your contact details, including phone and email address, go to ADDITIONAL INFORMATION and fill the details if any, & then go to REVIEW & PAYMENT, select the payment mode, accept the terms and conditions and then submit. Your order is placed.
- How will my order be delivered to me?
Your order will be delivered to your shipping address through courier.
- How will I know if order is placed successfully?
Once your Order is successfully placed,you will receive a confirmation over email from shopeasyy.com. This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account , if you have placed the order through your log in id.
- Do you take orders over phone?
Yes. We do take orders over phone. You may contact us on +91 8976446130 to book your order. Payment to be only through Bank Transfer .
- How do I check the status of my order?
Our order status is updated to you via emails at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details. Again after your order is despatched we send you an email with your tracking details. Please check your spam and for the status of your order, if you don’t see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delays your order you would receive a special update from our end.
- Can I cancel my order?
Order once placed can be cancelled before the payment is done. Once the payment is done and the order is cancelled, you will be called by our team for the confirmation of the same and you can either get the payment refunded or use the same for purchase of any other products in shopeasyy.com. Once the order is despatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled.
- I got a confirmation call for my order. Why is that?
You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify if there isn’t any change with your order.
- Can I place a bulk order for an item/items?

- How will I receive the invoice for the order placed ??
Once the order is despatched from our end, you will receive the invoice through email the same day.
- Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.
